One of the projects Hale Creek worked on was the Section One termite work on our triplex in Sunnyvale before we sold it. Hale Creek had to do extensive repair work on the structure during escrow, and thanks to their efficiency and workmanship, all the repair work was cleared and we were able to close escrow early. Bryan and his crew, showed up on time, were clearly dedicated to doing quality work and they came in on budget.
I would highly recommend them for construction and remodeling projects

Bryan went above and beyond in all phases of the work and the end result was even better than our plans and vision to begin with. Bryan used his knowledge of the industry to ensure that we received the best quality we could afford, and he made the most amazing suggestions of ways we could modify our design to make our life easier later.
Though I thought our project would not be worth Bryan’s time, throughout the process, I truly felt like Hale Creek’s most important client.
Thank you Bryan and the entire Hale Creek Construction team for changing my opinion of contractors.

We had three contractors bid our work. Bryan’s was in the middle of the bids. He showed me a house remodel he was doing as an example. It looked very good, but the real value of Bryan and his teams work is not that easily observed by an amateur until after the work begins.
He worked very hard to make sure we understood his timelines, any variations our choices of door, window, etc might make in final price and gave us a timeline charge so we could keep track of progress and know whether things were on schedule or not.
His crew began their work within a day of what he said he would and finished within a week of predicted. Most of the delay had to do with door supplier delay and a glue/lam beam that was not delivered to spec. We had excellent architectural drawings which helped everything work out smoothly, even though the city caused some trouble with overall height, Bryan made everything fit well in the end in spite of the city’s restrictions.
Bryan’s demolition team removed everything cleanly and completely. He took care of our neighbors adjoining fence during and at the end of construction, returning it to better than original shape.
His foundation and concrete work were way beyond expectation in quality. The carpentry and materials chosen were excellent. He communicated very well on such customer variables as where outlets should be and what kind of light controls etc. Jane and I were extremely well satisfied with the finished product and now two years later it stands as an equally tasteful part of our 1927 Spanish-Tudor home. He applied finishing touches that made the finesse of the construction esthetically pleasing while very functional.
Any flaws can be counted only on one hangnail of my hand. Probably the best work we have witnessed in our lifetimes.

Hale Creek recommended several excellent design ideas within my budget. Hale Creek pursued the best buys, presented them to me, discussed them with me, gave quote and schedule and completed all withing quote and schedule. I was told many horror stories about contractors from my friends. My experience with Hale Creek was most satifying and trouble free. I highly recommend Hale Creek and I look forward to having Hale Creek as my contractor when the next contractor requirement comes along.

In addition, after the mold remediation was complete, Bryan knew the exact “look” we were after in our new place. I had several ideas, expressed them to Bryan and his team and they ran with it. In the end the finished project far exceeded my original expectations. From Tiny details like hanging onyx lights, custom butcher block bar, gorgeous tiles, custom kitchen cabinets, black granite countertops, and modern functional bathrooms.
All in all the project came out Excellent to say the least. Hale Creek construction by far exceeded our expectations in bringing us a customized, modern living space. I plan on using them again for upcoming projects that I am planning, and recommend them if you are looking for an honest, hard working group of contractors.
